Cancellation Policy

1. Booking Process All classes and one-on-one lessons must be booked in advance through our website. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your class or session details after booking. For virtual classes, the Zoom link will be provided in your confirmation email. 2. Free Classes Seats for free workshops are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you cannot attend, please cancel your spot at least 24 hours before the event to allow others to join. 3. Paid Classes & One-on-One Lessons Payment is required at the time of booking. For one-on-one lessons, you’ll receive instructions and session details immediately after confirmation. 4. Cancellations & Rescheduling Free Classes: You may cancel your spot up to 24 hours before the event. Paid Classes & Lessons: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund or credit. Less than 24 hours’ notice: No refunds, but you may reschedule once at no additional cost. No-shows: Payments are non-refundable. 5. Late Arrivals We encourage you to join virtual sessions 5 minutes early to ensure your technology is working. If you arrive late, we cannot extend the class or session time. 6. Membership Benefits Members receive priority booking for free workshops and classes. If you’re on a membership plan, cancellations must still follow the 24-hour policy to avoid losing credits. 7.
